Over the course of my five day weekend I had the chance to catch up on my Netflix backlog and watch a few movies. This is the first of three reviews that I’ll be posting over the next couple days.

Let me start off by saying that the main reason that I even rented Step Up in the first place was because I wanted to check out Channing Tatum. Trust me, he won’t disappoint you!

That disclaimer aside, Step Up was a cute movie, but not original at all. Step Up is just the latest in a series of “bad boy goes to dance school and falls in love” movies out on the market. Of course, Step Up has the hottest male lead.

Overall the movie is just average. The only real reason I would suggest seeing it is to check out Channing.
